We are so very happy to celebrate Christmas - the birth of our Lord- as a church family.  We know that many of us will be away and unable to worship together because of travel and other family gatherings, but we still want to wish you a wonderful Christmas.  We are a church that is continually celebrating that Christ came, but it is a special time to focus on how and when He came.  We pray that you'll come, if you're able, to worship with us this Sunday.  We will be gathering Sunday morning at 10 AM for our weekly worship service.  Jordan will be preaching from Luke 2 - the Christmas Story.  We will also be gathering in the evening at 6:30 PM for a proper Christmas Eve service and we expect (and pray) that many of our community will join us.  We will have various readers from our church family sharing passages of Scripture, a couple of special music numbers, the proclamation of the Gospel from Hebrews 10 (related to Christmas), and we'll join our voices in worship with Christmas Carols.
If you're able, we would very much appreciate you sparing an hour or two on Friday evening to help us set up Murdoch Mackay to welcome our church family and guests from the community.  We will begin setup at 6:00 PM.  This would be a great way to help your brothers and sisters out.

TAC's office will be closed from December 25 to January 1, open on the 2nd.  However, we will still be available for emergencies and pastoral care.
When we gather again for our worship service on December 31 at 10:00 AM at Murdoch Mackay we are anticipating receiving the preaching ministry of our brother Nick Betzing who'll be preaching from Luke 2:21-38.  I just spent some time hearing him share of the great treasure in this passage and I am eagerly awaiting him preach of our Saviour.

Our God is great and He has created for Himself a people of all nations and it is a joy to be part of that great family purchased by the blood of the Saviour whose birth we celebrate at Christmas.

Your brother in Christ,

Derek
