John 14:15-31

Christ's death and resurrection ensure that He will come to deliver us into all that He Himself deserves, since He suffered what believers deserve on the Cross.  His resurrection is the proof that He revealed God to us and that He is the One who has a place with the Father that He can share.  He will return to welcome us as co-heirs.

Our great hope and peace is His return, and until that Day He gives us all that we need to known Him now as His children.  Even now He doesnt leave us as orphans.  He gives us His Holy Spirit and His Word so that we might know His love and respond in loving obedience to what He's done and who He is.

"Let not your hearts be troubled,
neither let them be afraid
You
heard me say to you, I am going away,
and will come to you'"
